My yoga journey began in high school. I used it as a tool to gain flexibility and accompany the other forms of movement I was doing. I tried pretty much all versions of yoga from Bikram to videos off YouTube. It wasn’t until I stumbled across the Baptiste style at Mind Body Flow Yoga in 2016 that I felt a sense of belonging from my practice.

My practice began to provide me with not only a physical challenge but mentally as well, allowing me to get comfortable being uncomfortable on and off the mat. This practice has proved to me time and time again that if I show up, breathe and set an intention, I can do anything. I hope I can pass that same inspiration to students.

I recently completed my 200-hour teacher training through Love in Motion in the spring of 2019. Teacher training was an amazing experience that I have grown immensely from.

I’m so excited to become a part of the Mind Body Flow Yoga team! A team of instructors who I’ve looked up to over the past few years through my yoga journey and who inspire me every time I step foot into the studio.

When not practicing yoga or flipping into handstands around my house, I enjoy hiking with my two dogs, spending time with my fiancé and friends (who I’m sure you’ve seen me drag to the studio) and baking vegan treats.
