I have been a student of yoga and meditation for over 20 years and the combination of these two practices have been transformative, life-changing and ever evolving. I am enthusiastic about bringing their benefits of physical well-being, stress reduction, and deepening inner peace to others.

I completed my Baptiste Level One Training in the summer of 2016 and The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through the Himalayan Institute of Buffalo in the spring of 2017.

Over the past 2 years, I have taught Baptiste power flow, vinyasa, hatha yoga and meditation classes in the Southern Tier at Groove Health and Fitness and RSpace Yoga and Wellness. As an elementary teacher in the KenTon School District, I also have been offering yoga and meditation classes to staff, students and parents.

I am married with three children, have taught kindergarten for 19 years, love reading, biking, hiking and the outdoors.

Marina was my very first power yoga instructor and I am honored and enthusiastic to be invited to be a substitute teacher in her beautiful studio!
