Mind Body Flow Yoga is privileged and honored to add an instructor to our team. Please welcome Megan Walsh to MBFY. She will lead our Monday Open Flow yoga class at 6:00 p.m. and our Tuesday and Wednesday Foundation Flow yoga classes at 7:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. respectively. Check out her bio under the “About MBFY” section to learn more about her history with yoga and challenges that have empower her to inspire others.
Megan’s first class will be this coming Monday, October 22nd at 6:00 p.m.
