Few experiences in life leave us looking back in complete and utter amazement and at a loss for words. This past Saturday’s 3-year anniversary celebration, was one of those experiences.
I remain in complete and utter amazement and at a loss for words to fully describe it, as there were so many wonderful moments.
The morning began with a packed studio filled with enthusiastic yogis, whose energy was electrifying in a powerful 90-minute flow class.
The backdrop to class was sounds of the beautiful sitar, provided by musician, Naryan Padmanabha. We even put our full on YES into action at the end of class with the line dance, “The Cupid Shuffle.”
The celebration wouldn’t have been complete without acknowledging and honoring the Mind Body Flow Yoga teaching team and YOU, our community, for your continued dedication and support, at the conclusion of class.
We then partied on with delicious food, provided by Fit-n-Fresh Catering, and refreshing juice provided by Squeeze Juicery.
The fun continued with a raffle of wonderful giveaways/prizes and an endurance contest, where yogis were challenged to hold forearm plank for as long as they could. Our winner clocked in at 7:35.
What a fun day! All I’m left with is the word, “Amazing!” Amazing morning…amazing class…amazing energy…amazing celebration…amazing community!
My heart continues to overflow with gratitude and appreciation. Thank you for being instrumental in Mind Body Flow Yoga reaching its 3-year anniversary!
