It is with much sadness that I share that a member of our Mind Body Flow Yoga family and our team of teachers is departing from Mind Body Flow Yoga, our very dear, Tarah Frey.

As many of you know, in October of 2016, Tarah welcomed her second child into the world and began a leave of absence from teaching at the studio, as she transitioned into her maternity leave from work and adjusting to life as a mom of two.

Having recently returned back to her full-time job, Tarah’s schedule has become increasingly busier, as she juggles the demands of work, two young children, and making room for quality time with her family. These demands have left her with a full load. For this reason, she must depart from MBFY.
Tarah became a student at Mind Body Flow Yoga in late 2012. It was shortly after this, that she attended and completed a yoga teacher training in her hometown of Pennsylvania, and inquired with me about teaching at MBFY. She came on-board the teaching team at MBFY in March of 2013.
While I am sad to see Tarah leave MBFY, I am so very proud of her and feel blessed to have witnessed her incredible growth from student, to teacher, to motherhood. Tarah kept her yoga practice going during both of her pregnancies and welcomed both of her children during her time at MBFY. It was always so beautiful and inspiring to watch Tarah practice yoga with life growing on the inside.

Words can’t express how very much we will miss you and how very grateful we are for having had you as a part of the MBFY community, Tarah.
You will always have a yoga home and family with us at MBFY and we wish you many blessings in all that lies ahead.
Please share your appreciation of Tarah below.
