In celebration of Thanksgiving…
We will hold the 9:30AM Open Flow class only for Wednesday, November 25th.
This will be a free complimentary class for all, as a way for us to show our thanks to you for your continued support.
All are welcome. Bring friends, family, and neighbors. This class will be appropriate for all levels of experience.
Special request
Please bring a canned good item with you to class. We’ll be making a donation to the Clarence Food Pantry.
*All other classes are canceled (6:00pm Foundation Flow and 7:30pm Hour of Flow).
