Why the newsletter

Our goal with the newsletter is to share the latest at the studio that will take your practice further, challenge you with new experiences and continue to nurture our strong relationships and community.  Anytime you receive an email from MBFY, always feel free to hit reply to send me a comment, thought, inspiration or question.  Your response comes directly to me and I read each one.

What to expect

As you are reading this a few emails are being send to you.
The first email will be a confirmation email and it will likely be in your inbox by the time you are done reading this sentence. If you don’t receive it soon, please check your junk mail or spam folder. Sometimes the message gets caught there.  In this confirmation message, please click the link to activate your subscription.
The second email should arrive shortly afterwards.  It will be 3 quick questions I hope you will respond to and help me get to know you a little better.  
The third email is our latest monthly newsletter.  The subject line will read,  “Mind Body Flow Yoga’s [Month] Newsletter”.  If you signed up near the end of the month never fear.  You will get the coming month’s edition on the first of the month along with everyone else.
Remember: you can unsubscribe at any time, there are convenient links at the bottom of every newsletter to help you do so.
