We have such great students that make up the community of Mind Body Flow Yoga.  As a yoga instructor and studio owner, I’m always looking to expand my mind, deepen my experiences and elevate my perspective in all areas of my life.  You all are my biggest supporters and drivers in these efforts.  All of you teach me so much and you never fail to inspire from week to week.
This happens in all the different ways and places in which we interact with each other.  I learn something new about life and relationships every time we’re in each other’s presence.  You all remind me to keep pushing to be a better person, whether I’m in front of you as an instructor sharing what I know, beside you as a fellow student furthering my personal practice, or on the other end of the phone or e-mail nurturing a growing relationship.

Mind Body Flow Yoga Students Barons Baptiste Level One Training Bound
I have to take a moment to point out though that I’ve been extra blessed more recently, to learn that six (6) of our students have decided to go this August to the Baptiste Level One Training Event.  This training takes place in Catskills, New York, at the beautiful Menla Mountain Retreat Center.  The “mountain” really means mountain. 🙂
It’s such a joy seeing this group, a collection of people with different stories and backgrounds, coming together in this part of their individual journeys.  I had my Level One training in the same location and I can still recall the experience as if I was just there yesterday.  Those were some of the toughest and longest days of my life, and yet, I couldn’t help but to smile the whole time.  When I speak with these six students, they exude such hope, excitement, and determination to be the best people they can be, through attending this training.  Feeling this in their voices, always makes me stand a little straighter and smile.  I can already see them returning from training with personal stories of triumph and I can’t wait to hear them.
Congratulations to these 6 students (pictured from left-top to right-bottom: Mary Oyler, Jil Lucidi, Jeannine Mages, Christina Zwirecki, Carrie Strangis, and Amy Thomas) for taking a huge step towards changing their life in a very big way!  I hope they inspire you to reach for your own dreams, for it is never too late to do so, as long as you are breathing.
Namaste,
Marina
