Today’s master class with Baron Baptiste was amazing!
I know many of you wanted to be there today, but were unable to, due to how very quickly the classes sold out, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances. I want you to know that your energy was totally there and felt.
Every time I come to my mat, be it in a format like today’s master class with Baron, or at home base at Mind Body Flow Yoga, I am reminded time and time again of one of the things I love most about this practice and that’s community.
The people you meet.
The friendships and bonds you form.
The love that illuminates.
You carry it with you. It’s truly priceless. Thank you all for being a special part of our community.
