It is with much sadness that I share that a member of our Mind Body Flow Yoga family and team of teachers is departing from Mind Body Flow Yoga, our very dear and beloved, Mary Oyler.
Mary recently suffered a shoulder injury and has made the wise and fully supported decision to depart from the studio, in order to nurture and honor what her body needs at this time.
As many of you know, Mary has been a pillar of our community from the very beginning. Mind Body Flow Yoga opened its doors in March of 2012 and it was in April of 2012 that Mary walked through our doors. From that day forward, she became a dedicated student and was so inspired by this practice that she attended Baptiste Level One Training in August of 2013 and became a teacher here at MBFY in the fall of 2013. Since then, she has inspired us all, as a beautiful teacher.
If you pull up a report in our system, Mary’s name is right at the top for most attended classes. If you’ve ever attended the studio’s anniversary parties and participated in our endurance contests, you can attest to the fact that you were given a run for your money, as Mary always took first place, with her awe-inspiring strength, endurance, and determination.
Mary has served as a beacon of light and inspiration here at Mind Body Flow Yoga. She has inspired our community immensely and is the epitome of what grace, beauty, strength, perseverance, being a YES, and honoring where you’re at, looks like.
Mary, we are truly going to miss you at Mind Body Flow Yoga. You will always be a part of our MBFY family and we thank you for all you’ve done.
Many blessings to you always and abundant light and joy in the possibilities that lie ahead.
Please share your appreciation of Mary below.
