A month and a half ago I signed up for yoga classes. Being over 50, not having exercised aside from walking for over two years and not practicing yoga for over 30 years I was slightly apprehensive to say the least! Jill has made my transition from non flexible and apprehensive to semi flexible (so far) and looking forward to class.
She is an excellent teacher. Her directions are clear allowing for adaptations based on experience and comfort level. She explains the positions and benefits of each move. The class remains fun and stimulating.  She changes the routines to keep the class interesting. Her positive, giving nature flows into her classes.
