photo 2On Saturday, November 22nd, by popular demand and numerous requests, we held another Intermediate / Advanced Inversion Workshop at the studio. This workshop was co-taught by myself and MBFY instructor, Tarah Frey.
The group of yogis who attended walked in eager and ready to take on everything that was put in front of them.

The number of breakthroughs was countless, and the way in which everyone stepped outside of their comfort zones and just went for it was incredible!
Tarah and I left this workshop totally lit up and inspired! Thank you so much to everyone who attended!
See what students had to say about this workshop…
“I enjoyed the whole workshop!”
“I liked how each pose was broken down into correct.”
“Thank you for being so inspirational and patient!”
“I learned a lot from having the poses broken down.”
“The workshop shed light on proper alignment and positioning during inversions.”
“Tarah and Marina are both strong, powerful instructors who inspire me to take my practice to the next level!”
“Everything was wonderful!”
“My favorite part was seeing and being with people who want to further their practice, like I do, and taking the time to learn how I can improve in my overall practice. Remembering to breathe and take my time. I also really enjoyed seeing and attempting more advanced inversions, even with assistance (for example: crow into handstand into crow). My practice isn’t there yet, but it’s nice to see and feel the possibilities.”
“Both Tarah and Marina were great instructors. Both were encouraging and explained each posture very well!”
“You guys were awesome! I loved it!”
“My favorite part was the individual attention I received on what I specifically need to work on and change.”
“Marina and Tarah are both exceptional yogis and I loved learning from both of you. You inspire me every class I rake with you!! You provide me with the push I need to open up further and take chances in my practice.”
