My 3 favorite “A” things to do are athletics, activities, and academics. I began practicing yoga during my undergraduate career at John Carroll and fell in love with hot flow three years ago. I aspired to share this powerful practice with as many people as possible and pursued teacher training.
I completed Baptiste Level One Training in August of 2017 and Baptiste Level Two Training in July of 2018. I love practicing yoga, will be a lifelong learner of yoga, and am so excited to teach you all!
In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, skiing, running, and playing golf. I love spending time with my friends and family and partaking in any and all activities with them. I work full-time at the University at Buffalo in their Career Services Department and am in school for my Master’s in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Student Affairs. I am also a Teacher Assistant for the UB Gifted Math Program and an Academic Performance Specialist for the Division of Athletics.
I can’t wait to see you all on your mats!
