Wow, this was such a fun and inspiring class! It was touching to see all the dads, moms, daughters, sons, brothers, sisters and the like coming together to just enjoy each other. There were so many connections strengthened, bonds re-invigorated and possibly relationships seen with new eyes. As an instructor, I can say that this class, and the interactions, were fun and engaging but also energizing, and compelled me to take the lessons back to my own family. What a great time!
