In honor of the 4th of July holiday we will have one class and one class only. This will be our Open Flow class from 9:30am – 10:45am. All other classes are canceled for the day.
Canceled classes:
- 6:00am – 7:00am On-the-Go Flow class
- 8:30am – 9:15am Kids Flow (ages 3 – 10) class
- 6:00pm – 7:15pm Foundation Flow class
The rest of the week will be classes per our usual schedule.
