Back to the Basics – Part I

All levels of experience are welcome. Whether you’re new to the practice or have been practicing for years, you’ll walk away from this workshop with insights and knowledge to inform your practice.

Join Marina and Becca, as they co-teach this workshop together. This 2-hour workshop will break down True North Alignment and how it relates to every asana (posture). In this workshop, we’ll focus on the fundamentals of a Baptiste power vinyasa practice. You’ll gain confidence in Sun A, Sun B, and the basic poses that make up the Baptiste power vinyasa practice; learning how to execute postures mindfully, with proper alignment in mind.
This workshop will leave you feeling confident in your foundation and alignment, and smooth in your flow.
