This is a short thank you video to express Mind Body Flow Yoga’s appreciation to all of our newsletter subscribers and fans for their support. We started our studio newsletter in October 2012.
Although having a monthly newsletter is a lot of work to pull together each and every month, our readers, their feedback to the work and delight with our yoga workshops and special yoga classes have made it fun.
This would not have been a labor of love without you, our students, subscribers and fans. Thank you for such a fun year.
We have so much great stuff in store for you and just look forward to continuing this jouney with you.
