Our last class of 2014 was break-through filled! Centered around a theme of letting go of stuck energy on this last day of the year and beyond…students surprised and amazed themselves, as they stepped into new places on their mat that they shied away from in the past and never thought were possible.
So inspiring to bear witness to so much growth that morning!
