This is our dear student Monika Dipert. I’m so excited that she has accepted our invite to be this month’s newsletter featured student. This is our Two Year Anniversary Edition.
Monika has made tremendous progress with her yoga practice at Mind Body Flow Yoga. An achievement made larger from the fact that she never had thought very highly of yoga a little over a year ago.
She has since then not only found an appreciate for yoga but has used it to strengthen and grow in her personal relationships.
