Day 1 - Meditation and Powerful Flow
Friday, October 13th
6:15 PM - 8:30 PM
A meditation and flow for purification of the mind, body, and spirit.
It's Friday...come and remove all toxins and be free. Stress in relationships, occupations, and a busy schedule can contribute to a heavy toxic burden that affects our health, attitude, and peace of mind.
This special class is a creative and challenging yoga sequence, coupled with music, that will stimulate a full cleanse from the inside-out.
We will use unique postures and sequences that will target digestion and detox organs in the body and renew your spirit.
This flow is upbeat, fun, and designed to raise the bar of your personal power.
All levels of experience are welcome. We will move, breathe, sweat, and have fun!
Day 2 - Inversions 101 and Core
Saturday, October 14th
11:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Time to turn upside down and take flight.
The inverted postures of yoga are some of the most beneficial yet intimidating of the asanas.
You will be introduced to and practice postures such as
- forearm stand,
- and more.
You will be guided through alignment, technique, proper modifications, and feel how to develop the power in your core strength.
Learn to use the wall, or a buddy, as a way to continue practicing inversions beyond this class. Let go of the fear, we are here to support you.
No inversion experience is necessary...this is where you come to learn.
All are welcome!
Why Our Students Love Our Workshops...
The workshop was challenging with new postures and extended holding time which led to increasing focus, mental strength and reliance on your breathing to get you through.Amy H.
Phenomenal experience. Everything I was hoping for and so much more. I'm never disappointed when I take workshops at MBFY but honestly my experience this time around was truly mind blowingJudi R.

What Students Say About Our Workshops
This was my first yoga workshop and I learned so much from it, especially after leaving and applying my new skills to my practice. It let me see yoga from a different perspective, and from a new person. I highly recommend workshops at Mind Body Flow!Michelle S.
Attending the workshop allowed me to take time for self care, to remember to let go of things beyond my control, and to remember that I can always come back to my mat and breathe through any of life's more serious challenges. The practice with Kerry helped me open my heart so that I could be of service to my family.Angela C.
This two day workshop was absolutely wonderful. I thought that both days of the workshop were very informative, and they really helped me to grow in my yoga practice.Stacey M.
