Class Descriptions
Important Note
All levels of experience are welcome in each of our classes. No prior experience is required. Some experience might be beneficial for our classes that move at a steadier pace, however all are welcome to try.
Pre-registration is not required for our classes. You may drop-in for any class of interest on our schedule.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time, to allow for adequate sign-in and prep time.
Our heated classes are heated to a temperature between 80 – 85 degrees. Please bring a mat, towel, and water with you for heated classes. A towel isn’t necessary for our non-heated kids classes, just a mat and water. Mats are available for rental at the studio for $1, if you don’t have a mat of your own. Complimentary hand towels are also available at the studio for our heated classes, in the event that you forget to bring one with you.
It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach.

SUNRISE FLOW | 60 MINUTES IN A HEATED ROOM
Designed for the commuter, student, or parent, who wants to get their flow in before the start of their busy day. Awaken and open your body, while deepening into your breath. This flow practice will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on your day. This challenging class moves at a steady pace and assumes some basic knowledge of the flow, due to its pace. The focus is on breath, movement, and building flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling invigorated and recharged.
FOUNDATION FLOW | 75 MINUTES IN A HEATED ROOM
Designed for beginners or the experienced practitioner, who wants to review the building blocks of a Vinyasa flow practice. This class moves at a slower pace with a focus on breaking postures down, through explanation of alignment and breath. If you are new to the flow, have questions you want answered about certain postures, or want a refresher, this class is for you.
OPEN FLOW | 75 MINUTES IN A HEATED ROOM
Designed for the experienced practitioner or the beginner who desires to face a greater challenge. This class moves at a steady pace and assumes some knowledge of the flow, due to its pace. This class will leave you feeling revitalized and renewed. The focus is on breath, movement, and building flexibility and strength.
HOUR OF FLOW | 60 MINUTES IN A HEATED ROOM
Our challenging Open Flow class condensed into an hour. Designed for the experienced practitioner or the beginner who desires to face a greater challenge. This class moves at a steady pace and assumes some knowledge of the flow, due to its pace. This class will leave you feeling revitalized and renewed. The focus is on breath, movement, and building flexibility and strength.
KIDS FLOW | 45 MINUTES IN A HEATED ROOM
Designed for children aged 3 to 10, with a focus on encouraging children to discover their bodies and breath in a fun and creative way. With the use of animated postures and games, children will increase concentration, develop self-control, increase self-esteem and find relaxation.
FAMILY FLOW | 45 MINUTES IN A NON-HEATED ROOM
Designed for parents and their children (open age range) with a focus on strengthening connections, re-invigorating bonds and promoting new ways for children and parents and/or siblings to interact with each other. It is a great environment for children to discover what their bodies can do and the importance of controlling their breath in a fun and creative way. With the use of animated postures and games, parents and children together will increase family unity, develop self-control, nurture self-esteem and find relaxation. Come play!
